On behalf of myself and our entire parish family here at St. Vincent de Paul, I wanted to extend greetings and welcome! In 1922, Bishop Joseph Schrembs established St. Vincent de Paul Parish under the leadership and guidance of our first pastor, Fr. Michael J. Flanigan. 100 years later, we continue to tell a story of faith, sharing the gospel in both word and deed.
I invite you to join us in continuing to tell the story of God’s love, joining us in worship, prayer, and service. I invite you to consider how you might be able to help us to continue to tell that story. We all have different gifts and talents that we are called to place at the service of God and each other. You can find some of our parish events on our website (https://svdpcleveland.org). You can also find us on Facebook (St. Vincent de Paul Church-Cleveland) or on YouTube (SVdP Church-Cleveland, Ohio). If you have an idea or are looking for a way to get involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out to myself or a member of our parish staff. Our world needs to hear the good news and that will happen best through the combined efforts of each and every one of us. Let’s work together to share the gospel in both word and deed.
I pray that you find joy, love, encouragement, and support in our community. If I, or any other member of our parish staff, can be of assistance, please reach out and let us know.
In the Love of Christ,
Fr. John Pfeifer, Pastor
