Paul Parish began its 90th Anniversary celebration year.
- In December 2012, it is
announced that St. Vincent de Paul School will close its
doors, due to low enrollment, at the end of the
2012-2013 School Year.
- On July 1st, after 88
years of educating the youth, St. Vincent de Paul School
officially closed its doors. The Building remains
in use for the PSR Program and meeting space.
- In September, St. Vincent de Paul Parish celebrated
the end of the 90th Anniversary Celebration, with a
special Mass of Thanksgiving celebrated by Bishop
Richard Lennon, bishop of Cleveland.
the weekend before Christmas, the Church suffered
serious electrical damage, due to a boiler malfunction.
As a result, there was no heat in the Church for
Christmas. The temperature inside reached 50°.
- In June, Fr. Bob Clancy celebrated his 40th
Aniiversary of Ordination to the Priesthood with a Mass
of Thanksgiving and Reception.
- In July,
renovations of the Church began to make way for a new
vestibule with bathrooms, and a Bride's Room. Everything
was completed by September.
- In September,
the old boilers that would heat the Church for the last
40 years, were removed to make way for a new boiler
