| MUSIC MINISTRY
(CANTOR PROGRAM) |
|
 |
Music and song are
recognized as being very important to our
worship. The music ministry's ever-evolving
pursuit is to lead, teach, encourage, and
enhance the singing of the congregation at
various liturgies. A cantor is a member of our
parish family and a minister of the Church.
He/She is a leader, teacher, and "encourager".
A cantor knows the music well enough to lead and
assist the congregation's singing, encourages
participation of the faithful, and helps teach
new music. If you are interested in
becoming a cantor, please join us every
Wednesday evening, from 7:30pm to 9pm, in the
Church. No appointment necessary. No audition.
Please join us as we make a "joyful noise unto
the Lord". |
