DURING THE SUMMER, because there are so few people on our Church campus, we cannot leave the Church building open. The Church building is locked after the last Mass of the day.

THE FLAPPING OF ANGEL WINGS does not cool our church. If you find an outside door propped open, please close it. Air Conditioning is very expensive.

OUR SCHOOL OFFICE IS CLOSED during the month of July. The office will open on Monday, August 2nd. At that time our new principal will be with us and eager to meet the students and their parents.

TO THOSE MEN AND WOMEN who’ve always wanted to serve at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass but were never called or asked to serve…. HERE IS YOUR CHANCE to rise and shine. St. Vincent de Paul is in the process of forming a “Senior Acolyte” Program to prepare men and women 20 years of age and beyond, to serve at the Altar of the Lord. If interested, please call Fr. Clancy at 216-252-2626 or Tom Borawski Jr. at 216-577-4835. Practice sessions will start once we receive a sufficient number of volunteers. THANK YOU for your interest and may God Bless You!

bullet EVANGELIZATION:  HEART OF GOLD
The Book of Revelation describes the lavishness of the realms above us. “The city of heaven is pure gold.” (Rev 21:18). Are we conscious of how much gold lies beneath our feet? Deposited in the earth’s core is 99% of all the planet’s gold, enough to cover the surface up to half a foot (according to Australian geologist Bernard Wood). Earth itself has a heart of gold. Do we?

“All is not gold that glitters” and “Beauty is more than skin deep.” “I the Lord search the heart and test the mind.” (Jer 17:10). We know He wants to find in us hearts like His own - glowing with Love.
